Hargeisa is the capital of the self-proclaimed republic of Somaliland. It is one of the safest places in what the rest of the world still officially considers to be Somalia.
Hargeisa is the financial hub to many entrepreneurial industries ranging from gem stonecutters, to construction, food processing, retail, and import and export firms.
