Someday we will visit Abuja or begin to dream about going there! However, for now its not on our radar. Let us know in the comments if you think that should change!

Abuja

Abuja is the capital of Nigeria. Since most Nigerian government agencies are now headquartered in Abuja and most other countries' embassies have been relocated from Lagos to Abuja, it is a surprisingly expensive city.

Landmarks include the Central Bank of Nigeria headquarters, the Nigerian Presidential Complex, the Ship House, the National Stadium, which was the main venue of the 2003 All Africa Games and some games, including the final, of the 2009 FIFA Under-17 World Cup, Aso Rock and Abuja National Stadium.

"Abuja" was in the earlier 20th century the name of the nearby town now called Suleja.
